Povzetek

V raziskavi sta bila proučena razvoj in spreminjanje opredelitve vrednosti za stran- ke na področju telefonskih operaterjev v Indiji. Usmerjena je bila v uporabnike mo- bilnih telefonov, ki so zamenjali mobilnega operaterja. V raziskavi je bilo ugotovlje- no, da je bila do nedavnega cena telefonskih klicev in SMS-sporočil prevladujoči dejavnik zadovoljstva strank, v zadnjem času pa postajata prevladujoča dejavni- ka zadovoljstva strank povezljivost z omrežjem in značilnosti programov ponudbe. V članku predlagamo vrednostni model mobilnih operaterjev in analiziramo njegove vplive.

    Dr. Kirti Sharma ima doktorat znanosti iz trženjskega menedžmenta. Z akadem- skim delom se ukvarja dvanajst let. Trenutno je zaposlena na ‘Management Development Institute’ v Gurgaonu. Raziskovalno se ukvarja s percepcijami strank, vrednostjo za stranke, lojalnostjo in retencijo, spremenljivim obnašanjem strank in storitvenimi strategijami. Objavila je številne članke v mednarodnih revijah. Vključena je v raziskovanje študijskih primerov. Dva primera je registrirala pri European case clearing house ‘The Case Centre’. Predava o vedenju strank (consumer behavior), marketinških praksah in implementaciji (marketing practices and implementation), mednarodnem marketingu (international marketing) in me- nedžmentu oglaševanja (advertising management).
