Povzetek

Staranje prebivalstva v Sloveniji predstavlja enega največjih izzivov za prihodnji razvoj in vpliva tudi na procese v organizacijah. Temeljni namen prispevka je pro- učitev starostne raznolikosti zaposlenih glede na motivacijske dejavnike, zado- voljstvo pri delu in produktivnost. V raziskavi ugotavljamo, da obstajajo številne razlike v vplivnih motivacijskih dejavnikih med mlajšimi in starejšimi zaposlenimi, razlike v stopnji njihovega zadovoljstva in razlike na drugih področjih, povezanih z dinamičnostjo, raznolikostjo in produktivnostjo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. Te ugotovitve kažejo na pomembnost upravljanja starostne raznolikosti na delov- nem mestu, zato v zaključku podajamo tudi priporočila menedžmentu na tem po- dročju.

    Maja Rožman je bila rojena 1. 12. 1988 v Murski Soboti. Po končani gimnaziji je študirala na Ekonomsko-poslovni fakulteti Univerze v Mariboru in leta 2011 uspešno diplomirala na smeri finance in bančništvo. Leta 2013 je magistrirala, študij pa nadaljuje na doktorskem programu Ekonomsko-poslovne fakultete v Mariboru na Katedri za splošni management in organizacijo.

    Dr. Polona Tominc je redna profesorica na Katedri za kvantitativne ekonomske analize na Ekonomsko-poslovni fakulteti Univerze v Mariboru. Njeno znan- stvenoraziskovalno delo je usmerjeno v metodološka vprašanja v ekonomskih in poslovnih vedah, še posebej na področju podjetništva ter razlik med spoloma. Sodeluje pri izvedbi študijskih programov s predmeti s področja statistike, razi- skovalnih metod ter podjetništva. Sodelovala je na več kot 40 znanstvenih konferencah, je avtorica poglavij v znanstvenih monografijah ter člankov v znanstvenih in strokovnih revijah, ki izhajajo v Sloveniji in tujini. Sodeluje v raziskovalni mreži ženskega podjetništva DIANA, je članica tima GEM Slovenija ter raziskovalnega tima Slovenskega podjetniškega observatorija.
